ERI Real Estate - Africa Affordable Housing Initiative

ERI Real Estate has identified Affordable Housing as an essential component of Africa’s social and commercial development.  As such, ERI has partnered with experienced African real property developers, architects, engineers and financial analysts to efficiently and profitably develop Affordable Housing on a significant scale.  ERI's first project is construction of a 10,000 Unit complex in Accra, the capital of the Republic of Ghana. 

 

ERI works with international institutional investors, as well as major manufacturers and Engineering, Procurement and Construction firms (EPC) seeking scalable projects (Projects).  ERI has partnered with Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. (Sinoma) to provide EPC plus services to build Affordable Housing in Ghana.

ERI will personalize and customize design according to Ghana's requirements and make full use of green energy and “smart pre-fabricated components emphasizing standardization, modularization, elaboration, intellectualization and visualization based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) 3-D design technology.
